About Me

Hello there! Welcome to my new blog! So glad you are here! My bestie has been after me for a while to start a blog. I started working on this blog several years back with the dream of someday actually hitting the publish button lol 😂 ultimately, it never happened though - the season of life I was in at that moment didn’t allow me the extra time needed for that kind of commitment so it kind of fizzled out. I have always wanted to do something like this for years though so definitely a huge shout out to my BF for “stirring up my nest” and encouraging me to actual pick up the pen again (or should I say keyboard? 🤔lol )

(my friend also started a blog as well- go check her out — A Simpler Life—

anyway, here is a little bit about me:

I am child of the King! first and foremost, I want to say I dearly love the Lord and I am so grateful for His blessings! I am happily married for 14 years ... we have two children whom I homeschool. I am passionate about Biblical womanhood especially in the areas of being a Godly wife, being a good homemaker, and training up Godly children. I am not perfect by no means but I am striving each day to become more and more like the Lord!

From a very young age, I purposed in my heart that I wanted to have a close relationship with the Lord. I wanted to give Him both my heart and my life wholeheartedly and to submit to His authority in each and every area of my life. I can honestly say that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have reaped bountiful blessings from allowing the Lord to have the reins of my life! Proverbs 3:5-6 was one verse I committed myself to live by and God proved to me that His Word works!!

( Proverbs 3:5-6 —[5] Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.)

I hope to use this blog as a way to share some insight and experiences I have learned over the years and to encourage others in their own pursuit of Biblical womanhood.

I plan on doing a lot of everyday homemaker content (recipes, DIYs, cleaning inspo, etc)

along with a lot of broken down Biblical studies pertaining to becoming a Godly woman, wife & mother. I hope that isn’t too broad range of topics/categories but I figured the average Pentecostal Holiness wife and mother would probably be interested in all of those categories - drop me a comment and let me know what you think.

If you enjoy this blog, please share it with your friends and acquaintances. I would greatly appreciate it !!😊

-Tiphanie
